DCU needed to break through a banking category dominated by large national institutions, increase consumer awareness, and reposition credit unions as modern, innovative financial partners.

Decibel developed the brand platform “What Can DCU Save You?”, a campaign designed to highlight DCU’s member-first approach, innovative products, and real financial savings. Using disruptive :15 TV spots supported by integrated radio, digital, and social media, the campaign delivered high-frequency visibility with maximum efficiency and impact.
